Little Rockets World Championships arrive in Villars
From 7 to 11 April 2026, Villars will host the 1st Little Rockets World Championship, a unique international ski event dedicated to the very youngest skiers. Designed for children aged 2.5 to 4.5 years, this playful championship combines skiing, fun, and family moments in a safe and festive mountain environment.
Far from traditional competition formats, the Little Rockets World Championship focuses on discovery, confidence and enjoyment on skis. The courses are adapted to young children, with colourful setups, gentle slopes and a strong emphasis on encouragement rather than performance. Each child is celebrated, whatever their level.
Beyond the races, the event turns Villars into a true family ski festival, with daily animations, shows, and activities designed for kids and parents alike.
