On 1 August 2026, Villars will celebrate Swiss National Day in a festive, musical and gourmet atmosphere. Concerts, entertainment, Swiss traditions, parades and fireworks will bring the village centre to life.

Le Quai: a fondue break at the heart of the celebrations

TVGD and TPC invite you to Villars railway station to discover Le Quai, a pop-up restaurant where you can enjoy fondue inside a stationary railway carriage, in a gondola cabin or on the terrace.

Located at Villars railway station, Le Quai brings together several restaurants from across the destination around a simple and welcoming concept. The food service is provided in collaboration with Rocco Cantina Italiana, Roc-Star, Maison de Montagne, L'Étable and Les Mazots.
