In summer, L’Étable is the perfect spot for a gourmet break in the heart of the Alps. Easily accessible via the Chaux road from Gryon or after a scenic hike from Taveyannes, our restaurant welcomes you to its panoramic terrace with stunning mountain views. Mountain bikers and families will also love the nearby trails and easy access to nature.

Summer or winter, our large outdoor terrace offers an unobstructed view of the alpine meadows in the Villars and Gryon region. In winter, the “Cabane de l’Étable” located on the outdoor terrace offers light snacks to complement our main restaurant menu.

Educational Farm
In addition to our restaurant, L’Étable also features a mini-zoo. Immerse yourself in nature by visiting our educational farm, a unique activity designed to introduce visitors to farming life and animals. Perfect for families, our mini-zoo lets you meet animals such as chickens, donkeys, rabbits, goats, and many more! Give your children a fun and educational experience close to nature. This family activity is exclusively available to L’Étable’s restaurant guests.
